Brand identity design agency

Identity that survives contact with reality.

Identity systems built to survive contact with the real world.

A logo looks perfect in a pitch deck. Then it hits a delivery van, a low-resolution office printer, a WhatsApp profile photo cropped to a circle, a signboard painted by hand — and most identities fall apart the moment they leave the screen they were designed on. We build the other kind: systems tested against the messy, low-fidelity, real-world surfaces your brand will actually live on, not just the polished case study slide.

Brand development, done properly, starts long before a logo. It starts with a name that means something and a position no competitor can honestly claim. We work through naming, positioning and identity as one connected decision, then hand over guidelines detailed enough that anyone on your team — or ours — can extend the brand correctly without calling to ask.

How we work

The way we build brand development that compounds.

01

Position before pixel

We don't open a design tool until we can write your positioning statement on the back of a napkin and have every stakeholder nod. If the words aren't right, no colour palette can fix them.

02

Designed for the worst surface

Every mark is stress-tested against a delivery van, a 24-pixel favicon, a hand-painted signboard and a black-and-white receipt before it's approved. If it survives those, everything else is easy.

03

A system, not a logo

Type stack, colour system, photography direction, iconography, motion principles, tone-of-voice — delivered as one interlocking document your team can extend for years without a designer on speed dial.

04

Named and defended

For naming projects we run linguistic checks, trademark screens across your markets, and .com / social handle availability. We won't hand over a name you can't legally own.

Our process

Five steps.
Zero handoff gaps.

Every engagement runs on the same rhythm — so you always know what week you're in, what's due, and who's on it.

01

Discover

Founder interviews, competitor mapping and audience research turn into a written positioning document you sign off before design starts.

02

Name & narrative

Naming shortlists (if needed), tagline, tone-of-voice principles and a one-page brand narrative that anchors every downstream decision.

03

Design

Two conceptual directions, each shown in situ across the surfaces that matter — not just on a moodboard. One is chosen and refined.

04

System

Full identity system: logo lockups, type stack, colour, photography direction, iconography, motion. Assembled into a guideline document, not a Figma dump.

05

Roll-out

Launch collateral — website, packaging, signage, decks — built to prove the system works before we hand the keys over.

Tools & stack

The kit behind the craft.

No secret sauce — just the tools that let us ship faster, sharper and without the "the developer said we can't" excuse.
