Zain leads Echo & Ember as CEO, bringing seventeen years of experience across retail intelligence, automation and enterprise technology. As founder of Slipy Technologies, he has built systems that turn scattered field data into decisions for some of the region's largest manufacturers and distributors.\n\nHis background at British American Tobacco — first as a Data Analyst and later as National Automation Executive — shaped a discipline for measurable, operator-grade craft. That same rigour is what he brings to every frame the studio ships: clarity, cadence, and accountability from brief to delivery.

Faisal H. Nathoka
Managing Partner — Strategy & Growth
Faisal is Managing Partner at Echo & Ember, overseeing strategy, client partnerships and cross-border growth between Pakistan, the UK and the GCC. With eighteen years across real estate, sales leadership and entrepreneurship, he brings a rare instinct for pairing commercial rigour with brand storytelling. A Board Member of the PAK–UK Business Council and a certified counsellor by the British Council, he currently anchors our GCC presence from Dubai and sits on multiple advisory boards spanning real estate, tourism and consumer ventures. Faisal's remit is simple: make sure every campaign we ship moves the number that matters.

Adnan leads Echo & Ember's UK operation from Manchester, bringing a decade of hands-on experience scaling consumer and hospitality brands across the United Kingdom. He is the founder and operator behind MrCorn.co.uk — a fast-growing UK street-food brand — alongside a portfolio of ventures across food, retail and property services.\n\nHis remit at the studio spans international business development, partner relationships and go-to-market for clients entering the UK and EU. Adnan's edge is operator empathy: every deck, edit and campaign is stress-tested against what actually moves a real P&L on the ground.
