See how we rebuilt Osweg's launch into a two-city sell-out.
“Same brand, two continents, one week apart. It didn't feel like two events — it felt like one long night.”
— Brand Director, Osweg
Osweg is a wearables brand launching two flagship products simultaneously in the UK and Pakistan — the kind of dual-continent moment that most agencies would quietly turn down. Echo & Ember took it as the exact reason the studio exists: an event production and brand activation team working across the heart of London and Karachi, with one creative direction and one content system feeding both venues. The classic two-city launch fails in a predictable way. Two local production teams get hired, two slightly different brand tones creep in, and the content wake from each night stays trapped in its own city. Osweg's budget didn't allow the first two problems, and their marketing director — sensibly — refused to accept the third. Our answer was a single creative direction locked before either venue was booked. The same signage typography. The same lighting palette. The same content capture crew, physically flown between cities. Karachi hosted first, on a Friday night in DHA, with a stage design built around a single ember-red spotlight rig. The film wake from that night was cut overnight and became the paid social that pre-sold every remaining seat for the London event five days later. London closed the loop with a live-cut recap that hit feeds within ninety minutes of the last guest leaving the room. Both nights sold out. The unified content package — forty-plus finished pieces across both events — kept the launch alive on social for a full six weeks after the last venue emptied, and Osweg's DTC site posted its largest single-week revenue on record the week after London. This is what a properly-run dual-city product launch event and brand activation looks like when a single studio is running the film crew, the stage design, and the social recap as one connected system, not three subcontracted ones.
Osweg needed launch presence in the UK and Pakistan, but a two-city event usually means two teams, two brand tones, and two disconnected content wakes. Budget didn't allow the first two problems, and the marketing director wouldn't allow the third.
We ran a single creative direction across both venues — same signage system, same lighting palette, same content capture crew flown between cities. Karachi hosted first; the film wake from night one seeded the London event's paid social. London's night closed the loop with a live-cut recap that hit feeds within 90 minutes of the last guest leaving.
Both nights sold out. The launch content package — 40+ pieces across both events — kept the campaign live on social for six weeks after the last venue emptied. Osweg's DTC site saw its largest single-week revenue on record the week after London.
